For over 30 years, I’ve supported people through trauma, anxiety, pain, and major life transitions. My work is unique for its gentle, grounded, and deeply practical nature—creating real transformation without force, pressure, or reliving pain. I now exclusively work with The Pillar Code, guiding clients through a structured program designed for meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is shaped by formal education, professional training, and lived experience. I have led and trained coaching teams across Australia and New Zealand, managed a large coaching division, co-authored a personal development book, and created programs for individuals, leaders and business owners. These experiences support my work, but what matters most is the person in front of me.
I know rapid change is possible, even after trauma, adversity, or years of feeling stuck. The Pillar Code helps clients reconnect with calm, control, and confidence more effectively than ever before.
Many people believe healing has to be painful and overwhelming—but with The Pillar Code, powerful transformation is gentle.

12-Step Program
Many people I work with feel stressed, overwhelmed and stuck, caught in survival mode and unsure how to move forward. Whether you are dealing with pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, or simply feeling lost, you may know there is more to life but not know how to access it.
The Pillar Code™ 12-Step Program is a structured, three-month process that gently reveals and releases the blocks keeping you in self-sabotaging patterns shaped by fear, stress and past trauma. There is no need to relive old pain, only a clear, supported pathway to lasting change.
This work is ideal if you value an integrated, east-meets-west approach that recognises the connection between mind, body, emotions and your internal state.

1. CALM
Change begins with calm. Here, you settle your nervous system and reconnect with a sense of deep peace—the foundation for all growth.
2. CONTROL
Next, you reclaim control. Instead of reacting to stress, you become empowered, grounded, and proactive in your choices and responses.
3. CONFIDENCE
Finally, you step into confidence. With calm and control, you move forward with renewed self-trust, purpose, and direction—opening the door to joy, wellness, and lightness.
The program runs for 12 weeks and is delivered one-on-one with me via Zoom. You’ll build lifelong resilience and leave with practical tools you can use anytime—so you’re empowered, not reliant on any practitioner.
